First spoke with the company at a college job fair, where they took my resume and told me to apply to positions online.
I first got contacted by a recruiter for an initial behavioral phone interview, then another phone interview with the hiring manager. After speaking with the hiring manager, they wanted to bring me in to speak one on one with the manager and talk about the position.
As the office was quite a ways away, they offered to put me up in a hotel and had travel reimbursement. I Came in and spoke with the hiring manager and the interview consisted of more behavioral questions, and some brain teasers. After the interview, the hiring manager said I would hear back on the position one way or another in about a week or so. Never heard back, after multiple emails to both the recruiter as well as the hiring manager.
So overall, the interview process was extremely pleasant and easy, but they don't respond when they say they will, and are difficult to get a hold of on follow ups.
