The interview process starts with a video call with the lab manager, who is supervising this position. Most questions are related to past experiences (tell me about yourself, how would you solve a problem). After that, I went to Schneider Richmond office to conduct in-person interview with the lab manager again. Most of the questions are technical. In the end, he also toured the R&D facility and asked me my readiness to perform in this role if hired. I eventually received an offer, even they are optimistic to start me as a part-time worker since I was going to graduate in 3 weeks and can work full-time after graduation. However, a week after the offer was received, I was told that other candidate was selected due to his immediate availability to start working full-time and my offer was rescinded.
