Interview process was very laid back. First interview was with the manager just general questions about the program and about myself. Second interview was with people who are currently in the job and was more technical about some electrical concepts and asked about some very basic sql questions.

I submitted my application online and referenced an employee I had previously met. They went me a link for a virtual interview. I had no problem using the link. It was a simple process. They prompted questoins and recorded my answer via webcam.
