I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Neu-Delhi) in Feb 2023
Interview
It started with some questions about my CV and then there was an excel test at the end of the interview. Overall, the process was quite smooth. Although I might not get an offer, It was a good experience.

Interview
2 skills assessments & then a hirevue, they were really chill questions if you’ve ever used excel before. I’m just posting so I can get access again but it’s making me write at least 30 words

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Neu-Delhi) in Sep 2020
Interview
No Technical round only behavioral interviews. Process went on for 2 months and there were huge gaps in between interviews. Had one telephonic round with HR, one with Indian Director, one with US Director, one more with 2 other heads from US and one final round with Australian Director(overall 7 people in a period of 7 weeks). Interview process is lopsided(no test or any quiz of technical skills) and no right way for candidate to know where he actually went wrong, very unprofessional towards candidates and no transparency. If you are applying in this organisation, better not get your hopes up untill or unless you know someone.
