The screening process was about answering 5 questions, by recording your own answer (2 min each). They called me for the first in-person interview with the hiring manager and the HR representative. Before attending I had to do a psychometric test. The interview lasted 1 hour. They presented the company, the department and the position. Then I had to present myself briefly. After that, some typical questions to me followed, such as "What is your experience in such or such field? How would your colleagues describe you? Why did you apply to this position? How would you react in this or that situation?..." Finally, I had time to ask a couple of questions to them. The tone and the atmosphere of the whole interview was friendly and comfortable.
