HR representative contacted me through email to set up a phone interview. When the phone interview came, it was the HR rep as well as the manager that would be reported to. Phone interview was scheduled to last 10-15 minutes, but lasted 30. HR asked typical HR questions, manager asked a few sales related questions, but nothing specific. About an hour after the phone interview, HR emailed and said I was moved to the personality profile portion of the process. Filled out the profile, never heard anything back. I did ask how much sales and how much management the "Sales Manager" position was, because it was advertised as a management position. Manager beat around the bush for a minute, but finally admitted it was all sales and no management. Seems like people love to throw the word manager onto a title to make people feel better about their jobs.
