I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Lönd) in Jul 2019
Interview
Professional, friendly and dynamic process. Exec search team provided solid support throughout; briefings, calls, alignment checks etc.
I met multiple senior stakeholders from across the business during the interviews so quickly formed a decent view of what was required from the role and combined with the search teams support, became even more excited and comfortable about joining Salesforce.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interviews were first by phone then a series (7 total) of 30 minute interviews. They span the spectrum of disciplines and levels. Some direct reports, some peers and some matrixed department peers, etc. They were all casual but focused, with each concentrating on different aspects. All interviewers were different but had a common thread about them that spoke to the unifying culture of the company. The questions can be intense but if you’re qualified and answer straight forward, the follow ups build from there. I thought it was a great interview process.
