I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (London, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
In total, I had 4 hangout sessions with HR, manager and team members, all of them describing the role itself and making sure the job specs were clear and I was happy with that.
Wasn't asked lot's of useless academic questions, and more general conversation about daily situations and ideal solutions for real problems.
I felt already part of the team during the interview, really nice people.

Question 1
What would you do if you don't know the solution for a certain problem and nobody could help at that time, but you need to give the customer a feedback?
2 phone interviews and then the on-site. Most questions were ok but there were a couple of really tough ones that I probably didn’t do too well on. One of the interviewers was slightly on the rude side. He did the design interview and I was unable to have a healthy discussion with him because of his dismissive attitude. In the end he said ‘your design will not work’.
The process is really good. They treat you well and give out an offer pretty quickly. I was hoping to get some more time to interview at other companies but they came in pretty quickly.
They will definitely test you. Won’t be an easy interview for sure.

Interview
Recruiter called, took 2 weeks to schedule the interview and she forgot to let me know. Then she rescheduled it. Then a phone screen with the manager of the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic experience and background. Nothing difficult. I expected to move forward to the next step. After a week, I guess the recruiter forgot again so I had to email her back. She replied saying, they cannot move forward with a generic response stating now actual reason why they can't move forward. I replied back with a polite response and sought for a feedback. The recruiter never responded back. It was such a waste of time, the entire process. I am glad I dint move forward to the next step cos I know it would have take another month for them to schedule it.
