I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
I've had phone screens with recruiters for different openings. I can honestly say they have both been awful. Both recruiters reached out from different cities for different roles. After our phone screens, I was ghosted. I followed up with each recruiter twice and never hard back. For a company that really focuses on customer service and giving the best candidate experience-they've really failed to do so. I have no interest in interviewing with this company again.

Question 1
Tell me about your background, What do you know about Salesforce?
The process was extremely straightforward! I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then 3 phone/video interviews with the hiring team.
Each interview was extremely conversational and flowed well. They asked very relevant questions about my past experience, and why I'd like to work at Salesforce. The whole process took about 2.5 weeks, and the recruiter was transparent with me the entire time. Easily the best hiring process I have been apart of.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The Recruiter who handled the second phone call was very unprofessional. She kept telling me to "hold on because people were pinging her during the call". She would say "ummmm" a lot and forget what she was asking. She only asked me 4 questions that were all framed to discuss negative experiences. All the questions were basically asking why people didn't like certain things I had done in the past and she got upset when I did not have examples of that. The call was the most unprofessional call I have ever had with any company.
