I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was a very positive one. The recruitment staff are very accommodating and helpful. The manager of the team I was interviewing with explained that everyone (including the interviewers) want you to feel comfortable. They want to put you at ease so they can see what you're capable of. I found that everyone was very respectful and encouraging. Of course there are plenty of technical questions and some that involve writing a bit of code. It is easy to become nervous, but the interviewers helped by encouraging me to discuss my thought process as I attempted to work through the problem.
