1 HR, 2 interviews with hiring manager. HR is general background checks to see if you're a good fit. Next two are to see if you can do the job and why you're the perfect candidate. Prepare for telling me about yourself, why salesforce, why you're leaving your current job. You will also do a cold call as the job is heavily based on cold outreach.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
1 panel interview with about 2-4 managers. Pretty conversational. Managers were super nice.
Mine was virtual so that was great.
The interview overall was a solid experience. They didn't ask anything that was too difficult or anything.
Call with the recruiter, next phase was a panel with two managers and a mock call. Then another panel with two different managers and analysis of the mock call. They asked very typical question throughout the process.
