Salesforce Senior Manager, Customer Success Management interview questions

Interviewer was very straight forward in explaining his needs, and initial JD read about handling a team of 10-15 people. The overall interview was completely based on Leadership role, questions were asked about how a leadership thinks, what kind of a leader are you, how do you define the overall low performing team, and how to come out of a conflict situation.
