Salesforce BDR interview questions

First a the Recruiter call, 2 person panel in person, director call, offer. It was basic questions, I think they really want to get a sense of who you are. Stay true to who you are and come prepared to answer common BDR questions.

There was 3 rounds. A brief screening call, then a official call with recruiter than panel interview with a number of different potential managers. I would say that the interview process was fairly laid back
