Had first two virtual interviews that went really well and seemed very engaging. The third interview, the interviewer turned up late, then said they were in a taxi so couldn't have video on, seemed disengaged, signal dipped in and out which was so distracting and then he just disconnected! It honestly felt like a waste of my time - would he have done this if I was a man?! Then took two weeks of me chasing for feedback to be sent an email with no concrete feedback. Very awful process, was not kept informed and if people are giving up their time to be interviewed- at least have the courtesy to turn up on time and not in a taxi!
Based on all this I would have declined the job, which is a shame as many others seems to have much more of a positive experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sage (Paris) in Oct 2019
Interview
1 video interview with the manager who was leaving in another country, followed a few weeks later by another interview with other PMs from different projects but working in the same office and one specialist from the product.

I applied online on linkedin and then got a call, had an interviwe HR and line manager. That's pretty much it, not lot more to say about the recruiting process
