Sage Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interview was straight forward - I had an initial phone call then 2 face to face meetings. They wanted to see my work ethic and also my skills. First was a phone interview then a face to face with my manager and her colleague. After that they wanted me to meet the VP to get final approval.

Fairly easy. Initial screening with recruiter over the phone. Then in-person interview with 2 managers. Final (approval) interview with Director. The company is very diverse so skills are a big factor in decision making.
