SAIC interview questions

Recruiters call you and then set up an interview and then you answer questions about the job and you are hired if you are a good fit for the position

Brief phone screen followed by group panel interview (2 people). Behavior portion was going over experience and background on the company and work environment. Technical portion was on though process involving project estimates. Tough interview but it's an experience to learn from.
