I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC (Norfolk, VA) in Feb 2023
Interview
I started with the hirevue system that asked broad questions about how I solve problems and face adversity. I then moved into one-on-one sessions with more personalized questions about my experience with a formal interviewer.

Question 1
How did you handle a task that provided confusing instructions to complete the goal?
HireVue one-way recorded answers and then there are a few "games" to somehow determine your capabilities. Not a fan of HireVue or the one-way style interviews where you are given a prompt and you record yourself. (60 second prep, 180 seconds to explain your answer)

Question 1
Explain why your background and experience would be a good fit for this job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC (Huntsville, AL) in Oct 2022
Interview
Applied and was asked to do a phone interview the next day, just going over the position. Two days later we scheduled a Teams interview with the team lead of the project I would be working on and his supervisor. It wasn't too technically in-depth, just some trivia questions on design principles and networking protocols. Five days later I got a phone call with an offer.
