Very Chill, you get on your camera on zoom. The team goes into a conversation of what you have and haven't done as it relates to the skills they need. As long as there is an alignment you are good.

Terrible. Recruiter was unresponsive and unprofessional, and the company lacked transparency in the hiring process. I interviewed for another role that was even worse--recruiter didn't know what the official role was for and didn't look at candidate resumes before reaching out.
