SAIC interview questions

Conducted interviews via Teams and in person. Very easy process and normal interview questions for the position. The reason for the negative review with SAIC is that while I understand not everyone will get a job offer it is unacceptable to send a form letter email denial after applicant's research the company, took time off of work or out of their day, updated their resume, etc… By sending form letter denial to individuals who took the time to interview, and in some cases multiple interviews throughout the hiring process, shows a lack of professionalism by SAIC, and employees in the hiring, supervisory and leadership positions with SAIC.
