Interview
i joined as a fresher. the first round was written consisting of questions from electronics and c language. this is followed by a technical interview consisting of simple question from c, microprocessors and your college project. the HR round in my case was more of a formality where the HR manager only browsed through my certificates

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Coimbatore)
Interview
First was a telephonic round that lasted about an hour or so.
Main focus was on CAN and Embedded C.
Next I was called for a F2F in Coimbatore.
Here again, most questions were from my current work, CAN, embedded C,C++, Automotive technology etc.
Post the technical round, i had a discussion with a Senior Manager and finally the HR.
All the people whom i spoke to were very nice. They were courteous and gave me enough time to speak about my things.
Despite my really comfortable experience there, and being told that I did great, I am yet to receive an offer. I am told that i have not been rejected, but the position is on HOLD so no offer is made yet.
It has been more than 2 months since i interviewed and yet the position is not clear.
