Robert Bosch Junior Software Developer interview questions

It was a very pleasant experience. The 1st interview was with only HR (about 45min) and the questions consisted on only on what I did on university, what projects I liked best/worst, my reaction to difficult colleagues interactions and a short english conversation to test my skill. The 2nd interview was with the product owner and another engineer and consisted on questions about the projects I had done that corresponded to the job requirements and other experience I had on the previous job on working in a corporate/multicultural environment.

Attended an assessment center. Took part in a group activity and then had individual interviews with the senior management. Great opportunity to meet other candidates and see who you are competing against. Had free lunch and was given an opportunity to communicate with everyone at the company.
