Recruiter found my CV on hh.ru, scheduled a approx. 1 hour interview over phone. The next step is assesment center - a game for 6 equal participants with a common task. Only 1 person out of our batch went through the stage, however failed on the next stage. The person that wen to the next stage was the most stabborn from the entire batch.
