I gave 2 technical interviews and 1 managerial interview. Both the technical rounds focused on questions related to configuration understanding and there were questions related to business scenarios as well. Both the interviews went for 45-50 minutes. The managerial round was more on checking my educational background and understanding of roles and responsibilities in my current organization. I was told that I would get a call from HR for the final discussion regarding salary and joining dates. After couple of days got a call from one of the HR personnel to understand about my current salary and expected salary and then again I was informed by that same person that someone from HR will get in touch for negotiation. After 10 days I suddenly got an offer letter from them which had the same salary structure which I was drawing in my current organization!!! This was indeed strange. Then I replied politely declined the offer and asked them to revise (naturally). After 2 weeks later got a call from their HR for onboarding process!!!! Strange company strange process. Story gets more interesting from here, next day I get a call from the recruiter that they cannot proceed with my candidature since I don't have experience in PP/DS module!!! Now I am thinking that if I had accepted their low ball offer I would have fitted their criteria.
