Zuerst hatte ich ein Telefoninterview mit der HR Abteilung, danach ein Interview mit Gruppenleiter am Standort. Der ganze Bewerbungsprozess wurde rasch abgewickelt und alle teilnehmenden Personen waren während des gesamten Prozess sehr freundlich
The interview process consisted of an online application, followed by a behavioural interview with engineering managers. Questions focused on teamwork, problem-solving, technical interests, and past project experience. The interview was conversational and relaxed, with opportunities to discuss university projects and career goals.
The Interviews are led by the departments you apply for. For me it was just a single interview, wich was mainly about the personal fit and my experiences. It's advisable to prepare a presentation about yourself.
1. Online application, via their website.
2. About 2-3 weeks later, receive an email about the interview. It is basically about behaviorial questions, not very technical.
3. 1 week later, receive the result.
