Interview
At beginning, I had to fill a lot of mandatory forms. Then I submitted application online and got invitation for a phone interview from direct manager after 3 weeks.
After 1 week, HR department contacted me and started providing necessary documents for visa application. It took one month to prepare and collect all the required papers before submitting them to Embassy.

I do not remember, but the questions were not so difficult and you can google them.
The interview process consisted of an online application, followed by a behavioural interview with engineering managers. Questions focused on teamwork, problem-solving, technical interests, and past project experience. The interview was conversational and relaxed, with opportunities to discuss university projects and career goals.
The Interviews are led by the departments you apply for. For me it was just a single interview, wich was mainly about the personal fit and my experiences. It's advisable to prepare a presentation about yourself.

2. About 2-3 weeks later, receive an email about the interview. It is basically about behaviorial questions, not very technical.
3. 1 week later, receive the result.
