Disrespect for Time: An interview had to be rescheduled after it had already started. Moving Goalposts: I was suddenly asked to prepare a presentation right before the final interview, with no prior notice given earlier in the process. Poor Communication: HR emails lacked basic details; they never explained the interview formats or introduced who I would be speaking with. Chaotic Onsite Experience: Arriving for the final interview, nothing was prepared. I was directed to a side room and told to get my own security badge. I was instructed to call HR to coordinate with security, but HR had never provided me with their phone number. No Feedback: After a 6-month-long process, I received a generic rejection email with zero feedback. Advice to Management For the sake of the company and your ability to attract real talent, you urgently need to overhaul your HR department.
