Starts with a phone interview with the group manager, then a discussion with the team before finally an HR round in the presence of the previous people you have talked to before.

First part of interview was very usual. It was about previous proffesional experiennce, questions about your character, and threw conversation they were simulating some everyday job situations in which can be seen how you would behave. The intresting part of interview actaully was the techical part. Interviewers brought assembly and ask all about question about it. Questions required very good Kinematics, Machine elements and machining technology knowledge
