Had applied to Bosch Global Software Technologies through my College/University in Bengaluru. It was a Pool Campus Drive. The process was completely virtual.
Computer Science Engineering Student.
First Round: MCQs on Core Subjects and Aptitude. Two Coding Questions (Medium).
Second Round:
- Technical Round consisting of Two Panel Members.
- Several Questions on HTML
- Predicting Outputs
- 1 Aptitude Question
- 2 Coding Questions (Pseudocode)
- About Bosch.
- Introduction.
- About Project.
- Would you be willing to work in Automotive Sector?
- How will you convince me that you are interested to work in Automotive Sector?
Got a Rejection Mail just after the Interview as I had not showed interest in joining Automotive Sector. Though, had answered all Technical Questions as they were very easy.
Lesson from Interview:
- Though you are very good at answering Technical Questions, the interest of working in a Random Domain chosen by the Company, matters a lot.
- Prepare to convince the HR that you would really want to work in the Role provided.
- Not all Interviews are similar. My friends had just two questions in Technical Interview. About Self and Projects. No Technical questions were asked to them.
