Ramboll interview questions

The first round of interviews consisted of a zoom interview with the Office Manager and Project Manager. After that I was invited to an in-person interview scheduled for 4 hours and 15 minutes. However, the schedule I was provided was only for 2 hours and 50 minutes. In addition, the interview schedule indicated times set for 2:20 AM. They emphasized they were looking for someone detail oriented yet they are unable to communicate accurate information. I was put through 6 rounds (each 20 mins) of in-person interviews where I met with various members of the team. The questions were redundant in each round. It would’ve been easier if I did a panel with everyone involved rather than splitting up the interviews. Clearly, this schedule was meant to accommodate those working there. I was told contradictory information in each round of interviews. First, I was told that this position would involve several projects and was different from admin work, yet I was also told that this position is strictly admin work. In addition, I had to do a Microsoft word assessment at their office. The word assessment consisted of formatting a document. To top things off, at the end of this marathon I was asked by their Office Manager if “I was the one who lived in Koreatown.” As an Asian-American, I do not tolerate microaggressions. HR was not involved at all during this process. All in all, the interview practice at Ramboll is poorly structured and unorganized.
