Applied through LinkedIn and got selected through CV picking. Very straight forward no aptitude test. depends on the demand for the position. The one i am referring to was aprox. 1 per 60 people

A few years ago now. Was referred by an existing employee who was a contact. Bypassed the assessment centre, straight to a technical interview with a director and engineer, and another with HR to finalise the job.

Some industry experience/ a placement will go far in these interviews.
Decent not bad group exercise then some exams if you prepare well you’ll have a decent chance of getting an offer. Make sure you know everything about the company and come on time

Interview
Assessment centre included a team working exercise and a presentation on the topic followed by a 50 minute individual interview. Was a fun day overall with networking opportunities and company talks.
