A 20 min technical test followed by normal conversation. The panel was very supportive and tried to make me comfortable. The technical test was a bit difficult which was discussed in detail later on.
A few years ago now. Was referred by an existing employee who was a contact. Bypassed the assessment centre, straight to a technical interview with a director and engineer, and another with HR to finalise the job.

Decent not bad group exercise then some exams if you prepare well you’ll have a decent chance of getting an offer. Make sure you know everything about the company and come on time

Assessment centre included a team working exercise and a presentation on the topic followed by a 50 minute individual interview. Was a fun day overall with networking opportunities and company talks.
