RBC interview questions in Toronto

Phone call with the recruiter. Asked basic questions, including past experience and salary expectations. Next level was virtual interview with the Vp’s for 30min. They showed up 10min late and made me do it in 20min. The questions werent good and they were generically answering my questions about office culture and progression of the company.

I went through a behavioural and scenario-based interview with two interviewers. The conversation was very interactive and not overly rigid, which allowed me to explain my experience in a natural way.
