I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2025
Interview
3 stages, the first is with HR screening, second with manager and director, lastly with the Vice President. They were also all in person at the Toronto office. It was fairly easy.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RBC
Interview
I was asked whether my parents are alive. The most shocking experience of my entire life, but I'm glad that I won't continue with the process. Followed by questions like whether you are the only child. Very interesting.
