I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC (Nanaimo, BC) in Jun 2022
Interview
I was interviewed by the branch manager and her assistant manager, who were friendly and helpful in the process.
The interview lasted half an hour, involving questions regarding my work background and basic situational questions (difficult customers, mistakes you made,...) and provide examples.
Over a week later I got the the second interview with the same managers, who then asked questions meant to know me more personally - in a sense of how do I handle conversations since it was a customer-facing position, not just knowing how to answer interview questions.
I have not yet received a rejection or offer.
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
