I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RBC (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online aug 1st, and received a call aug 2nd to confirm my basic information and whether I can legally work in Canada, as well as an online personality test. Then arranging a time for a formal phone interview the next day. After the phone interview, I was told to go to the branch for a face to face interview with the manager, really nice interview experience, didnt make me feel uneasy. But you really need to prepare for the questions, incase your mind goes blank on the spot and cant think of a specific scenario. Was told to research the company and print 2-3 resumes for the interview.

Question 1
Did your previous jobs have sales target for you to achieve?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
Hiring event was very exciting. Lots of candidate was there for 3 positions and RBC asked them to participate various events. Interview was very simple. They asked common quetions like tell about yourself, any sales experience as this job is sales based.
Pretty standard interview questions, but they like to throw one or two curve ball questions to test your ability to think on your feet. They want you to focus more on the customer service side of things, rather than the sales portion of the job.
