phone interview. the interviewer was very professional. a very general interview, 2 behaviour questions. no self introduction. they ask about you through your customer service experience. prepare for situtional experiences.

Applied online and was asked to complete a questionnaire and submit my resume and availability. Next day, got a call for a phone interview which lasted 10 minutes and was told I would make it to the next interview process. Received another call a week after to take part in a group interview with higher up managers.

group and individual interview. We were given a product and needed to sell it to one of the interviwers. just be yourself and do not stress about anything since they are very kind and friendly. you'll have to talk about yourself and show interest of working in the financial sector
