RBC Client Advisor interview questions

Had two interviews. One with two managers and one with a phone interview with a recruiter. Prepare for all kinds of sales and customer experience questions. Preparation is very key and have examples.

This conversation was professional yet friendly, which made me comfortable and interested in the potential opportunity.Following the phone screening, I was invited to a first-round interview, conducted virtually due to current circumstances. The interview was structured and included both behavioral and situational questions. The interviewer was amicable and made a point of not just assessing my skills but also explaining the company's culture and the specific responsibilities of the role.
