Applied on rbc job site, had a telephone interview with recruiter and was invited to an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I met with 2 managers. the interview went well. They wanted to know me and how my background fits into the role. And alos why I was interested in the position

Very basic questions to get to know more about soft skills. Interviewer asks more situational questions and what motivates you as well. It was only a one interview process, and the interview was only 1 hr long depending on how the conversation goes
