There are 2 rounds of interviews. RBC HR will arrange u a phone interview first. Branch manager will arrange another in person interview if you are selected in the first round. No responses after the interview.

1 hour interview. 2 panels member. Started with my introduction followed by Why RBC and then scenario based role play. The interview was not that difficult. Both the panel members were branch managers.
