Qualtrics Software Engineer I interview questions

Recruiter gives you a call. Asks you questions like are you happy with your current job? How would you current manager rate you? Most meaningless questions ever for a software engineer. If they think, you can speak English and comprehend and see a resume match, you move on to the next step. On the next step, an engineer would interview you. Questions are rapid fire basic computer science questions, technical resume questions and 1 coding problem. I absolutely nailed the interview but I got a reject saying we will move forward with another candidates. I feel the interviewers are less experienced and just out of college and perhaps need more experience. They should also respect candidates time and investment if it was a reject based on resume and relevant experience before they even schedule you for interview.
