I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualcomm in Feb 2012
Interview
Basically they asked me what I did for my phd. I basically explained my current research and also some course projects. They also asked me some brain teaser questions. The problem is not that hard. Since the positions I was looking for is about doing computer vision, they also asked me some really basic stuffs about it.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Calipatria, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
pretty smooth, nothing harsh. They are pretty nice about you. But still need to prepare for domain knowledge because they may ask technical problems. Just be prepared and sleep enough.
