Interview
First, there was a multiple choice computer based test. 3 parts: 1) Aptitude: Pretty simple questions asked. 20 questions
2.)Computer programming: 15 questions .lengthy and time consuming questions on mainly loops and conditional statements
3.) VLSI : MAinly questions on Microprocessors , digital design and a few on communication as well. 20 questions.
Then shortlist for interview. 2 technical rounds and a HR.
Technical rounds: digital : questions on digital design, state diagrams, CMOS invertors and Microprocessors

Single day interview with multiple rounds.
Total process takes around 4 hours.
The interview is more of a discussion with each intervier asking different aspects of vlsi.
Like, cdc/rdc, previous work exp, theoretical knowledge, coding experience.

One round of interview around 1hr, Interviewed with Design Manager. Mainly Technical Questions and discussions about Digitial Design and SystemVerilog. Did not go through the next step of the process. But the interviewers are nice.
