Qualcomm Financial Analyst interview questions

Interview Process took approximately 3 weeks. Was contacted for an initial phone interview by the hiring manager and then scheduled for on-site interviews with 4 other individuals.

Was initially contacted by HR for a phone screen interview. The hiring manager called me the next day & asked me a few questions about my experience. The manager mentioned that they were looking for a replacement & that they would be making a decision quickly. At the end of the interview, I was invited to an on-site interview within a couple of days. The on-site interview took approx 6 hours. I met with all the managers within the group as well as the Director. All questions asked were regarding my experience. Also met briefly with HR to review benefits. All were pleasant to speak with. The only negative was that the hiring manager & HR were not on the same page regarding when a decision would be made & when I should expect to hear back (regardless of the outcome). The hiring manager said within a week because they needed to make a decision quickly. HR said it could take as long as 4 weeks. I received an email about 6 weeks later letting me know I wasn't chosen.
