Typical screening with HR specialists over Zoom. Generic questions. Felt like a checkbox exercise. Not very engaging. Interviewer showed up 7 minutes late which was pretty frustrating. They said they're under pressure to hire more people which I'm assuming is because of the long tenure of most of the current folks.
