Publix interview questions

The first round consists of a 30-minute phone screen. During this call, the interviewer asks several scenario-based questions designed to understand how you would handle specific situations that might happen in the role. They also ask many questions about Publix to see how well you know the company.

After applying online, there was a short interview, met with the manager and went over job description. Since the scheduling was not flexible, I was reluctant to follow up after the interview.
