Publix interview questions

Very unprofessional interview process by the hiring team. Process took over two months with minimal communication from the team. I always had to follow up with the recruiter who had to chase down answers for me. Interviews were all over the place and seemed unorganized and some of the interviewers seemed uninterested or like they already knew who they were going to hire. Did 5 interviews and various assessments. Word of advice, don’t string people along and waste their time because you need multiple final candidates. Went through 5 interviews and various assessments to be given the “we’re not moving forward” generic response by the recruiter in which I sent back some well deserved feedback for the hiring team. Will not be applying with Publix again.
