Publix interview questions

I applied online and never got an email back. Normally, most places I apply too normally at least email back saying you didn’t get it, meanwhile Publix went full ghost.

There was a short conversation with Store Manager about expectations and eligibility. The conversation was approximately five minutes. There was nothing else I jumped into the hiring process immediately. I am not sure if this was the experience for anyone else.. This was not a formal interview.
