Everyone that i met in the interview were nice people. My recruiter was great also. The interviews are pretty average and not stressful at all. They have hired bunch of folks that were laid off from big tech companies but nothing about Personio or the work people are doing here seems anything close to big tech companies. When I asked them about the scope of work, it seemed very average and nothing stood out of the ordinary.
