Personio is a company I have followed for while and had so much respect for. I like the product and I had only heard good things about the company. It sad however that this has not been my experience. I've had 3 run ins with this company now. The first time I applied, I never even heard back. I did not get any rejection email. The second time, a recruiter from the firm reached out on LinkedIn for an interview. We had a pleasant conversation and then at the end told me she didn't not think my experience fit the role. Of course no disappointment here. it happens. I was however left wondering why she contacted me in the first place when she could clearly see my experience on LinkedIn. The 3rd time I applied for a role. Perfect fit. Had my first interview and made it to the next round. After waiting for over a month to hear back from the recruiter on when the next round should hold, I wrote her to ask. I did not get the courtesy of a reply. No response. Nothing. This just taught me a lesson. You shouldn't believe everything you see or read from the outside.

Fairly thorough experience with multiple rounds. The process was clearly laid out and this helped set me expectations from the outset. Virtually met with multiple members of my "would be" department and from other departments also that gave me a great insight into the culture.
