Im ersten Kennenlerngespräch habe ich mehr zur Rolle erfahren und schon mal ein Teammitglied kennen gelernt. Daraufhin wurde ich eingeladen eine Case Study vorzubereiten, welche ich in einem Termin mit meiner zukünftigen Vorgesetzten vorstellen sollte. Anschließend folgten noch drei kurze Interviews mit Personio-Mitarbeitern.

Beschreiben Sie eine Situation in der Sie mit einem schwierigen Kunden umgehen mussten und wie haben Sie diese Situation gemeistert.
Even though there were quite a few steps in the interview process, everything went really quick and smooth! I had an amazing recruiter who was constantly updating me and everyone seemed very friendly throughout the process too. You really get to know the team and the role while you are interviewing so I had a really pleasant experience.

The Interview Process at Personio was fast, very well structured and organized. The recruiter took care of the follow up emails and calls after every phase and I was very well informed about the following steps. The interviews were, well thought, structured and detailed, with a dedicated time for questions from both sides.
